Accents of Summer

In partnership with Peabody housing association, eye4change delivered a series of photography workshops for a group of young people living on the estate. The sessions provided participants with an opportunity to explore photography as a creative form of self-expression, while encouraging them to look at their environment from new perspectives.

The workshops explored themes centered around summer, inviting the young people to capture places and everyday moments that made the season meaningful to them. Through practical photography exercises and guided creative activities, participants experimented with composition, light, perspective and storytelling, developing both their technical skills and confidence behind the camera, while reflecting on their relationship with their community and surroundings.
